1. The validity

The terms and conditions of all transactions apply to the sale of products by SN Mall to you. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be immediately posted on the "bulletin board" on the website of SN Mall.

2. Our contract with you

The Mall reserves the right to withdraw any contract at its sole discretion in the event of apparent errors or shortages in the products and orders displayed on the Mall. (See clause 4 below). The mall also reserves the right to limit the number of products ordered.

3. Pricing and product status

Product pricing and product status are indicated after each product on SN Mall. This information is subject to change without notice (we do our best to ensure its accuracy). If something unexpected happens and the price of the product changes after confirming your order, the network will inform you via email. If the network does not cancel the order, you can decide whether to cancel the order or not.

The online shopping program will deliver the product to the shipping address you have specified. All normal processing times and delivery times listed on the website are estimated and we will try to keep actual shipping times as low as possible.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract between you and SN Mall will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and all disputes will be submitted to the people's court in the place where SN Mall is registered.

6. Invalidity of the Terms and their Conditions

If for any reason any part of these Terms and Conditions cannot be enforced, the validity of the other Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
